Today we're focusing on staying colorful for spring.

To often many women bring their dull Fall and winter wardrobes into spring. It's ok

to wear black, brown and grey along with your lighter tones, of course, just try to steer clear of wearing too much of them.

 

 

 

If you're going to grab your black leather jacket, please throw it on over a pretty floral dress. And dress up those grey skinny jeans with a bright top, not the black t-shirt you may have been reaching for. If you feel the need to wear a darker color, go with navy! It's versatile and Spring-appropriate.

Now, as you may have expected, there are a few colors we do not recommend for Spring.Black, brown and grey.

Why wear Momocromatic Color on a petite frame

Hello Glams,

Happy Friday! It's the weekend and we"re going to celebrate. today I'm wearing my bright red monochromatic red look with a splash of black in my shoe and in my handbag. Today, an displaying how petite figures such as mine which is only 5'6" should coordinate a look all in one color.

The thought of wearing the same color but in different shades has always been appealing to me.because of lovely bronze completion, I love to wear bright colors that would compliment my skin tone. I'm not one to follow trends, but I enjoy wearing colors for Spring!

How to wear colored Skinny Jeans

1. While colored Jeans can make you look youthful, wearing your them with sling backs or strappy heels adds sophistication and maturity; throw in your killer confidence and it looks runway worthy.
2. If you're not bold enough to pair a bright on bright, then simply pair your colored jeans with a neutral top.
3. Keep accessories to a minimum. If the bright colored jean is the focus of your outfit is this loud jean, then you shouldn't detract from the look with layers of statement necklaces or an armful of bracelets.
4. Remember to have FUN!!!! Fashion is and should always be about you having a good time!

Makeup steals and splurges !

Hello Glams,

 



Today I went out and got a few items to add to my makeup collection. I spent $10.00 and was able to purchase 10 items from the dollar store and 2 items for $46.00 from Urban decay.

 
 

However a must have in any girls makeup collection is the urban decay makeup setting spray, it's definitely a splurge at $31.00 a bottle which only contains 1.0 fl oz. while the urban decay prime is also a must it has to be used sparingly for a girl on a tight budget as it only 0.94 fl oz and costs $15.00 a tube.

I am an individual who strongly supports the use of inexpensive makeup products:

 However, certain items like primers and finishing sprays are worth the splurge if you ever want to achieve a clean long lasting look. With my urban decay finishing spray, I can usually get 10-15 hours    Of wear from my makeup without having it running all over my face, due to my oily skin.

I can see spring even though it's Snowing.....

Hello Glams,

I can't believe Spring is only 2 days away nod yet it's still snowing here in Washington D.C. Well the show must go and am still getting ready for the Spring weather in this bright pink ensemble.
